This was inspired by Toni Ellison.

- Mini corked vial (Tim Holtz Idea-ology from Michael's)
- Small sea shells (I found mine around my house but you can get them from Michael's)
- Neon blue food coloring (Kroger's Neon Food Coloring from Ralph's)
- Tooth picks (from a supermarket)
- Clear glue (Elmer's from Michael's)
- Strong Glue (E6000 from Michael's)
Directions:
- Pick out a few shells that will fit into the hole at the top.
- Fill it with clear glue.
- In a disposable cup, drop one drop of blue food coloring and a bit of clear glue. Mix well.
- Use a toothpick and pick up a little bit of the mixture and add it to your bottle. Mix well and add more clear glue and more of the blue mixture.
- Smear the sides of the cork with your strong glue and cap it onto your bottle.
